I am a licensed attorney in New York, Tennessee, and Washington State. As a general rule, I do not offer legal advice or services in consultation.
I am a non-specialized therapist and work with a broad range of clients on a wide range of issues. My approach is tailored to each client’s needs but generally combines talk with experiential work, and often touches on attachment (childhood) experiences I often draw from my own professional background as an attorney and from my experiences in mindfulness practice. I have advanced training in schema therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and brainspotting (a trauma-informed experiential therapy). Because of my own academic and professional background, I especially enjoy working with members of high pressure professions (such as lawyers and doctors) and with students.
